This week, we're cooking Roasted Pork Chops with Roasted Apples and Caramelized Onions. Check out the recipe below:
Set for a serving for 4
Ingredients:
- 6oz, 4 each of Center Cut Boneless Pork Chops
- 3 TBSP Minced Garlic
- 1 TBSP Salt
- ½ TBSP Pepper
- 4 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 TBSP Unsalted Butter
- 1 Julianne Jumbo Sweet Onion
- 4 Red Apples, Peeled and Wedged
Instructions:
- Trim any excess fat from pork chops & season with salt, pepper, garlic and 2 tbsp of olive oil. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
- Sauté onions until golden brown in 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Add apples and butter and sauté until soft
- Set aside
- Heat sauté pan with 2 tbsp of oil until heat
- Sauté pork chops golden brown on both sides, and finish in 350-degree F oven until internal temperature is 155 degrees F
- Garnish with apples and onions
