Broward County's Vax to the Rescue

Broward County is bringing their Vaccine Pop Up to the Florida Panthers game this Wednesday, November 24. The booth will be located on Plaza Level by Main Doors where attendees can have the opportunity to get a $50 visa card for getting the COVID-19 vaccine.

Eligibility Requirements

• Recipient MUST be a Broward County resident aged 5 and older
• Receive their first or second vaccine dose (3rd doses are ineligible for the incentive)

Guidelines

• Eligible recipients will receive a $50 visa gift card per vaccine dose
• Recipients will receive the physical gift card on site upon receiving the vaccine
• Attendees of the game will be able to visit the vaccine booth on the Plaza Level by the Main Doors any time prior to the third period. 
• The Florida Department of Health in Broward (DOH-Broward) will be administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.
• Individuals who receive their first dose at the Amerant Bank Arena will be able to receive their second dose at any vaccine location. Visit GetVaccinated.Broward.org for site locations.

 

All Floridians are now eligible to receive any COVID-19 vaccine as prescribed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which is age 18+ for Moderna and Johnson & Johnson and age 5 and older for Pfizer. No appointment is required at any vaccination site run by Florida Department of Health in Broward.
